On most Monday’s following our General Membership Net on our repeater, club members gather on 146.400 MHz to conduct a simplex net. During the net, participants are asked to check-in at various power settings and on different power supplies (back-up, AC, DC, etc.). The objective of the net is to demonstrate the efficiency of simplex and how it can be used in an emergency situation.
