Our Batavia Hamfest usually happens on the 3rd Saturday of July, while the Lancaster Hamfest usually falls on the 2nd Saturday of September, however these may subject to change. We publish the exact dates and times for each hamfest on the club calendar as soon as we confirm those details and will publish more detailed information in our monthly Keyclicks Newsletter or under the News & Updates section on our website for each hamfest as the time gets closer and we are able to do so.
Annual Batavia Hamfest
Location: Alexander Fire Hall, 10708 Alexander Rd, Alexander NY 14005
Time: Gates open 7am
Date: 3rd Saturday of July
Entrance Fee: $10.00
Talk-In: 147.285 (PL 141.3 – Pos. Offset)
Vendors may arrive no sooner than 6:00 PM on the evening of the day before the hamfest. Camping for vendors is permitted, however be advised there are no water, sewer, or electrical connections, and all garbage and waste must be removed after the event.
Annual Lancaster Hamfest
Location: Transit Drive In, 6655 S Transit Rd, Lockport, NY 14094
Time: Gates Open 6am
Date: 2nd Saturday of September
Entrance Fee: $10.00
Talk In: 147.360 (PL 82.5 – Pos. Offset) & 147.255 (PL 107.2 – Pos. Offset)
Vendors may arrive no sooner than 6:00 AM on the day of the Hamfest.
