Brief Overview:
We do collect some sensitive information, such as, but not limited to, email addresses, names, and IP addresses. This information is strictly used for the purposes of sending out our monthly newsletters/messages, website telemetry & analytics, and for carrying out other related club duties. Any information collected is NEVER sold or shared with 3rd parties without your consent unless it is required by an extreme situation such as, but not limited to:
- A legal order, subpoena, warrant, or other court-issued order
- An audit with a certified auditing authority
- Prize & Contest draws

If you are requesting information on behalf of a deceased individual and are next of kin, we would like to offer our sincerest condolences during these hard times and kindly ask you to email webadmin@w2so.org for more details.

Any information collected is for the sole purposes of non-targeted marketing and newsletters by the Lancaster Amateur Radio Club (LARC).
Some links on our website point to resources hosted outside of the control of the Lancaster Amateur Radio Club (LARC). Those respective websites’ privacy policies may vary drastically from those of the LARC’s own policies. Any personal information collected by those websites is not shared with us, with the exception of PayPal, where they share with us the email and full name used on purchases directed towards the LARC for the sole purpose of bookkeeping purposes.
